«I stayed one night and had a fabulous stay! The staff was so nice and welcoming, and my room was really spacious and comfy. The hotel is historic and beautiful with lots of flowers outside. Great location for a walking tour of Victoria!»

«We absolutely loved our room and the hotel and surrounding property plus truly appreciated the upgraded room! It is definitely a site to see on the inside and out. I think the only negative is the menu and food options. They need to work on the menu, food presentation and preparation. I think that it definitely needs some real improvements. Everything else was great! »

«The room was clean and modern but the view and access to the ocean was what I appreciated the most. The walk to oyster river estuary along the ocean and watching eagles fight behind the hotel while having coffee were the highlights. »

«This is our go to hotel in Nanaimo. Parking is very good off-season. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Usually very quiet and a good sleep. We asked for a wake-up call but it didn't happen for some reason. »
