The hotel is under construction/renovation; so, hopefully it will become better. Nevertheless, there was no room service unless we asked specifically for it; that didn't bother me. The coffee in the room was the worst coffee that I had ever had in my life; not drinkable! The gym hours was very limited and thus, not usable for me. Pillows were like rock.

6 minute walk from the gastown steam clock. Lots of restaurants and fast food options near by. We originally got a king room in the north tower but holee molee it was small. The view was terrible as well. We did let the front desk know and they moved us. Staff was fantastic. I was over all happy with my choice with booking. Parking is not free and the on site restaurants are moxies and shark club. Neither are open until later. So not a viable breakfast option. Super close the Roger's place.

Nice central location. Rooms were decent and bed was comfortable. The room i had was on the top floor and was extremely warm despite having the air conditioning blowing all day. I did notice a few items left behind by the previous tennants... Lip gloss behind the couch and a opened soap on the floor in the bathroom.

For the price we paid the rooms were very small and one person has to step aside in you need to cross each other. The bed linen was not changed and had hair from the previous people. We had to ask them to change the linen. Dirty plates and spoons were left right outside the door by others and was not removed in the morning . Overall a very bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

The location is good and the staff were friendly. But I booked a room in the renovated north tower and they tried to put me on a low floor on the older south tower. The room was renovated but you can tell it was done quick and cheap. Worst issue was the ice making machine in the hallway was so noisy it had a sign on it that it is turned off at night, but it wasn't and woke us up twice.

I stay there may 4th. There were bedbugs. They still charged me. Told me the GM Rob would reach out the next day and refund me my money. He didn’t I spent the entire next day trying to contact him. The front desk staff as a whole were amazing! Responsive, available, knowledgeable.
I personally used the stairs to get my room, so the fact that the elevators were very small didn't inconvenience me much. I will, however, quote another guest who said "These lifts are dreadfully slow".

Exterior looks aged and dirty but the rooms looked amazing. The overall finish of the lobby and foyer need some renovation, looks old and not attended too. The elevator to the parkade needs some maintenance, got stuck in it twice.(kept going up and down but doors would not open)

Renovations… elevator only working intermittently and our tv didn’t work despite repairman trying.
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I’ve stayed at this location all my life and it is now way too expensive. I won’t be staying at this property with these prices for a closet and no tv.

There was not even a sign for the hotel at street level. Having one at the very top of the building only is useless. Wayfinding throughout was terrible. Rooms were small, needed updating. Garage felt unsafe. Everything about the place felt rundown and outdated. For what I paid for 1 night was absolutely ridiculous. What a scam.
