The pool was great for the children (12 17) the hot tub is so deep! Very enjoyable 4 day stay before going to Alaska!

Coming off of the cruise ship in Vancouver, We arrived 7 hours before check in time. The staff at the hotel allowed us to check in and gave us a room within 30 minutes. Well beyond courteous and accomodating.

It’s fine for a night, but I would not book this hotel for more than that. The facility is beat down with poor construction. The only thing it is close too is the airport. Nothing else is within walking distance. The beds are NOT queens but fulls/double even though we booked two queens. Overall not great.

Convenient and clean hotel with a very helpful staff. My only recommendation would be that the shuttle from the airport come every 20 minutes rather than every 30.

No breakfast! When searching I sorted by hotels with breakfast available so that I don't need to make another stop on my way to my meeting. Turns out by "breakfast available", they mean you can go to the Moxies beside the hotel. But it's not open until late morning. So for the typical person on business, you're stuck with the drive-through down the street.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was smaller than anticipated from photos. Room needed some maintenance eg door handle on bathroom door was so loose we felt it might fall off and door was stiff against door frame - showed signs of water swelling from shower being so close, and swivel shaving/makeup mirror has lost a screw so only fixed to wall by 1 screw - so it's not secure. Carpet in our room had stretched and someone previously has spilt makeup so that needs attention too. 1 of the hand towels we were given was too stained to use. The public areas like the reception area was in good order though. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle to and from airport which is great, and reception said it is supposed to run a quarter past the hour and a quarter to the hour but we found it never came at those times. The driver definitely doesn't wait to leave at the designated times so it's best to be there 10-15 minutes early or be prepared to wait 15 minutes more. We were able to store our luggage there until check in time and also on the last day until shuttle time. Great restaurant/bar "Moxies" attached - good food and service.
