- For safety and to protect the HVAC system, please do not run the air conditioning and heating at the same time. Kindly use only one mode at a time.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Main kitchen stove is for decoration only. Please use the spice kitchen for cooking
2. Parking:
- 4 designated spots in the driveway (in front of garage)
- Street parking available

3. Sundeck furniture: After use, please return cushions to storage to avoid rain/fog damage
4. The Master Bedroom BATHTUB (2nd floor) is currently UNAVAILABLE. Please DO NOT USE it for safety reasons. It will be repaired in December 2026.
