We had a beautiful room on the 20th floor, view of the bay and cruise ships. It was very busy on check out the next morning. A different system would be better for check out. Huge line up. Otherwise staff, food and rooms were great!

The hotel is beautiful! However, there are a few concerns regarding extra charges. The hotel charges $71 per day for parking. While you can park offsite for $30 per day at the nearby mall, this option is not part of the hotel, and you will be charged again for each additional hour if you leave and return. It’s a 5-minute walk, which is manageable but not convenient. Additionally, there's a $35 daily resort fee. Although this can be used for other services, it must be redeemed by 12 PM each day, or it's forfeited. The hotel's café serves Starbucks coffee, which is a nice touch and can be used as part of the resort fee program, but it closes at 11 AM on weekdays. Overall, we loved the hotel, but the extra charges can add up quickly, especially if you’re on a budget.

I was pleasantly surprised! I expected a well curated traditional hotel experience from the Fairmont. The Fairmont Waterfront has done an excellent job at keeping the best parts of traditional hotel experience while with new modern/digital touches. The Le Labo partnership was also an incredible surprise. I will be visiting again - I absolutely loved it!

Very nice property. Took the train from the airport and just a few minutes short walk to the Fairmont. Great service at checkin. Lovely quiet room. Food service great. Comfortable bed and room. Would recommend.

I am always amazed at the service level at Fairmont properties. Not only were we upgraded because of a birthday, but they pre-arranged to have cake waiting in the room for us. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. The rooftop pool was lovely and the proximity to the sky train and Stanley park was perfect! We will for sure be back!
