Great location for our needs. Friendly staff. Unfortunately our pillows cases on or bed not fresh smelling. I mentioned it to the front desk and they took My parking fee off my rate.

Con el Hotel todo bien, lo recomiendo, las camareras no saben tender la cama pero es un detalle que no tiene tanta relevancia. El problea es Expedia, me costó mas caro por Expedia que si lo hubiera hecho directamente.

They recently renovated the rooms which is great. However, the rooms still smells and the renovation was done partially..the AC unit makes a loud noise, the microwave in the room is very old unit.

Have stayed here a few times and always enjoy my stay. Rooms are very nice and the hotel is very conveniently located to get onto the highway and freeway. Staff has always been polite and helpful.

It is a good location near skytrain, near restaurant, and near transit. The facilities was all right. But unfortunate there wasn't a microwave to heat up the food; plus the hot tube was broken. Food down the lobby for dinner was terrible. I had sushi and chicken. The rice was soggy and the chicken was undercooked. But breaks-fast was all-right. Cleanliness and staff-service wasn't bad. I had a good experience resting there. Overall, it does match my purpose of my trip which is resting.

The bar is in the outside of the hotel so Friday and Saturday is busy and noisy. But the others are all good

While staying 2 and half hours there we found a bug on the table we grabbed our food we were trying to eat and when we saw the bug we were disgusted couldn’t finish. We had to leave in the middle of the night and had to look for somewhere else to stay we weren’t comfortable in staying. I have been here before it’s always been amazing but this time wasn’t a good experience

Let me start by saying the staff were amazing. The quickly addressed all my issues. I am not a complainer but I could not let this one slide. First coming into the room I noticed dirt on my bed. I took the top sheet off and found what looked like pee stains on my comforter. The I looked in the mirror and it looked as if someone sneezed on it then quickly wiped it off but not cleaned it. They sent service up right away. The next morning they comped my breakfast. Being that it was Easter I was thinking it was going to be a big spread but in truth it was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and toast. Same as other mornings. After a long night with friends I tried to draw a bath, nope it didn't keep water in the tub and about a quarter of the way to fill the water went cold. Next morning I took a 7 min shower and ended up with cold water. We did have to park in their secured garage for a fee, but was comped our parking for all the issues I experienced. My collogue was in a separate room and his only complaint was that the AC unit was facing down at his bed all nigh. SO, like I said the staff was amazing!
