Please note: this is an owner-occupied property. The owner will be staying in a private room and sharing the kitchen and one bathroom.
The house includes a living, dining, kitchen, and full bath on the main floor. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and full bath. The backyard has a spacious deck with outdoor furniture and garden to enjoy the beautiful Vancouver sun.

Full sized appliances including washer and dryer in the basement, stove/oven, and fridge.

There is free street parking right outside the house.

Guest will have the whole upper floor to themselves, including 3 private bedrooms and 1 private bathroom

The lower floor includes a living room, dining room, shared kitchen and shared full bath. There is one private room for the owner that will share the kitchen and bathroom, will be out working Monday to Friday 9-5 and will be staying in the house overnight.
