My only criticism was that what sounded like a generator would turn on periodically. We could hear it in the bedroom even with the door closed. If we had stayed another night, we would have asked for a different room. Other than that, everything was great. Friendly staff. Great view.

Perfect location in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to everything! Hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Safe and secure. Clean and modern. There was a fully functional kitchen, but it was light on cooking utensils and related amenities.

Perfect Location/Super Clean
Wow! What a beautiful location--and so easy to check in and out. Very helpful people. Right across the street from a market with eat in and coffee options--so convenient. Clean and simple, very comfortable. Only issue we ran into was there were no responses to my 1-2 emails asking about checkin and check out procedures prior. But the actual experience was 10/10!

Had an amazing stay! Room was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Location was also amazing. The only issue we had was with finding the hotel and parking. Maps wouldn’t give a precise location and we were very confused about the parking situation. Staff helped explain to us and we got sorted out but I think having instructors when you book a room would be very helpful and avoid confusion!

Tudo foi incrível! Desde o atendimento na recepção até a cordialidade das moças da limpeza, minha hospedagem não poderia ter sido melhor. A localização é bem central, com linhas de metrô a 10’min a pé, além da facilidade de se chegar em outros pontos turísticos da cidade. Vale ressaltar que o hotel está de frente para um supermercado e ao lado de uma liquor store, o que auxilia nas compras para refeições rápidas como café da manhã, e até mesmo para um jantar. A cozinha é pequena, mas oferece utensílios básicos, como panelas, torradeiras e abridor de garrafa. Único ponto para ficar 110%: a TV poderia ter a possibilidade de reproduzir conteúdos do celular (iPhone)

Great hotel in downtown Vancouver
What a lovely hotel, very clean quiet and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Fantastic central location just a short walk from all the shops in Robson St. and there’s also a great supermarket Starbucks and The Keg steakhouse directly opposite. We even made use of the guest laundry and gym on Level 3

We enjoyed our stay. The spacious unit had a kitchen, sitting and dining area, and an office. Nice, partially obstructed view of the North Shore. Excellent location. Secure parking.

Outstanding Stay in Vancouver
A clean and well appointed hotel suite located a block away from Robson street and close to good restaurants and shopping. Located within a 10 minute walk from the Canada Line City Centre train station so there was no need to take a taxi or rent a car at the airport. Very convenient Urban Fare grocery store located across the street to prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen. We were fortunate to be given a spacious suite on the 24th floor with a great view overlooking Robson street and English Bay.

The suite comes with everything for daily needs such as plates, basic cooking utensils, dishwasher machine, oven and microwave. The 2 bedrooms suite is decent size with balcony, only minor point is a bit pricey for parking, another alternative option is street parking (after 10pm is free till 9am).

One night with happiness
All staff were really friendly and nice and special thanks to a staff who speaks Korean. My wife arrived early due to her flight schedule and should have checked in early and he helped her to do so with kindness. I was so grateful for all the help. The facilities were clean and everything was good.

All the staff were fast and friendly and very willing to help! Very efficient service. I am very pleased by the Carmana team! Room was clean and very well maintained.
Excellent views and room temperature was warm and nice in spite of the cold winter!

Home in downtown Vancouver
I have been a frequent guest since 2002. Carmana is like a home in downtown Vancouver to me. It’s excessively clean and comfortable. The location is superb with all kinds of gourmet foods around nearby Robson Street. Carmana is a satisfaction and especially fit for median and long stays. Believe me. You won’t regret it!

Gorgeous apartment suites with everything you need
Gorgeous apartment…we had a lovely 3-night stay and wish it were longer. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Apartment had everything we needed and nice city views…they even still do daily housekeeping although we didn’t need anything during our brief stay. Easy access to Robson St and the whole downtown area with no need to drive. As others have mentioned…parking garage has quite low ceiling so prob no big SUVs/Trucks. Would definitely stay here again.

Suite was perfect. Lots of room and very clean. Great hotel staff. Excellent location. One suggestion was to put a small credenza or dresser in the room with twin beds, as access to the closet was a little awkward. But a minor point. Overall a great spot.
