«Wonderful place with good accessibility»

«Very nice apartmentments and great service. They reply very quickly to requests. The first apartment we got had a very firm mattress, which hurt my back a bit. They helped us to move to another available apartment with a less firm mattress. The only negative thing was that warm water in the shower was a bit unreliable, but I think that has to do with the building and not the apartment itself. I highly recomnmend them. »

«Ren og fint. Kjøpesenter på stedet. Hyggelig personale, men Sjømat restaurant opplevelser var ikke som forventet, lite mat i hold med andre 5 Stjerner hotel med sjømat restaurant. Hummer var ikke ferske.»

«The property was different to the pictures posted, while the room is the same size, the furniture and decor is different. The room is also dirtier than expected. The fridge is dirty. There is literal black mold in the caulking around the bathroom vanity and sink. There were constantly a bunch of fruit flies in the whole apartment unit. The shower head has nasty brown stains where the water sprays out. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The bedsheets, pillow cases and blanet were dirty when we ...

«The check in process went very smooth. Good communication, safe and secure building. Apartment itself was okay. We had two bedrooms. The main bedroom the bed was like sleeping on plywood it was very hard! Only two pillows in the whole place. The second bedroom the bed was the same but not even made or anything because there was only two of us and assumed we wouldn’t use it. The other thing was we stayed 3 nights and had a total of two towels. No hand towels or washcloths at all. Found ...

«DO NOT BOOK - IT’S A SCAM This is advertised as luxury apartment in Landmark 81 building, but it is not. None of the pictures advertised matched the apartment we got, after none to challenging communication with the «hotel». This is probably AirBnb apartment/s which is advertised as a luxury apartment. I will take this complain to hotels.com. After speaking with someone who barely spoke any English we got a WhatsApp message with instructions. The apartment we got was in Landmark 1 (one of the ...

«Always a pleasant stay at this property!»

«The check-in process was delayed due to insufficient staff, instructions to check in was not clear. The place was not 100% as pictured, too much graphic. The place could be more cleaned and maintained better. I would not stay here again in the future, luckily we only had to stay for 2 nights.»

«Check in etwas kompliziert. Zimmer ok»

«Ở vài lần good»

«I didn't have a opportunity to check in at all when I arrive to property reception no one has an idea what going on. The security ask me to contact the owners. On my hotel.com receipt no contact number nothing. Just record that I paid book. Additional no refund. When the time I booked it show a message coming in in error.»

«I had a pleasant stay at Celavie Services Apartments Landmark 81. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.»

«A bit old and outdated furnitures. Had a smokey/wood odor that you noticed whenever you been outside and came back that ruined the experience a bit. The host is good. For the price we got it is a decent stay for Ho Chi Minh. »
