«Had an amazing stay at Lys Homestay. Excellent service and they were very helpful. We rented bikes from Lys one day to explore the area, very beautiful scenery. We also rented scooters one day to explore Ninh Binh even more. They also helped us with transport to Hanoi airport. 10/10 would recommend! »

«We had a fantastic 5-night stay. The private pool was awesome, the place was spotless, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They even prepared an early takeaway breakfast for us on our last day because we had an early departure, which was a lovely touch. The retreat was quiet and relaxing, while still being close to both Tam Coc and the Old Town. We’d definitely stay here again! 😊»

«Had an excellent stay for 2 nights. Hosts are amazing and friendly. Place is cute. Room and bath is decent. Bed is hard but comfortable for my taste. We had the (mis)fortune to experience rainfall in tam coc, which make the place damp and humid. Overall nice experience. »

«The views are incredible and so are the staff. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They provided free bikes so we were able to ride around the local area which was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon after doing the boat tour. There’s tons of bars and restaurants a few minutes down the road. The town proper was a bit of a bike ride but definitely manageable and the ride itself is beautiful so no complaints about that. The boat tour is about a 13-15 ...

«I found the room to be very dirty. The bathroom had black mold, the sink area needed to be cleaned, there were a lot of cobwebs and a spider on the ceiling, then really questionable streaks / stains on the sheets. I could not sleep comfortably the first night, I booked a tour the next day, so I packed my bags so I could leave that day even though I paid for 2 nights. So thats what I did, I moved to another hotel down the street and cut my losses. They can book tours and transportation if you ...

«The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing ...

«Had a wonderful stay. The friendliness of Thanh and his family is what stood out the most. The local excursions, the home-cooked meals, a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day, and being greeted by their dog were other highlights. I especially enjoyed the bike ride through the rice fields.»

Tam Coc Valley Eco Resort

Tam Coc Valley Eco Resort

10/10 Utmerket
"I had a fantastic stay at Tam Coc Valley Eco Resort. This family-run hotel made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely care about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful limestone mountains in every direction, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The free bicycles are a great bonus and make it easy to explore the surrounding countryside and Tam Coc. The food in the restaurant was also excellent, and I enjoyed every meal during my stay. Thank you to the whole team for your warm hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Tam Coc."
