«Our host was, and always has been quick to respond to questions and help in any way she can. We have stayed at this property 3 time, and Mauricel is a major reason we return. The location is convenient, close to family we visit, and it is close to the highway. Top it off with shopping center being close by! The unit is always well stocked and very clean. «Mari was very responsive. The studio apartment was very clean, cute and inviting. The location for us was excellent as it was in close proximity to family and the venues for planned events. It had all the travel essentials of a hotel such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion towels, linens plus a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and coffee supplies. «Clean and very roomy…love the price for a 3br/2ba home! Just fyi - if you google the home and get concerned by the old Google Maps photo, don’t worry :) it’s been remodeled and isn’t scary like Google Maps would lead you to believe haha We stayed here while in town for a family member’s memorial in Lakeland, but we also got to go to Universal with other family in town, and it was an easy trip to make for just the day. «The property was for the most part as advertised, but could use a good cleaning. The walls, ottoman and shower wasn’t clean, but I used the products there and I packed to tidy up as much as possible. The main house on the property had a child who constantly rung the door bell, so just be aware that the main house guest may have an impact on your stay. Also we could not get the Ybor sign to light up any night if our stay. »
