«Upgraded to premium linnens and snack but linnens were probably washed but had hairs and stains and there were no snacks in the room: had to ask for them. We were 4 but snacks was more sized for two. Corridors very dirty and noicy. Generally very worn down hotel. Room was better than the corridors but also not to standard.»
