Nice and tidy with great service
Just stayed for two night for a half-marathon run. Came late on Saturday, no problem with late arrival. The reception received a package for me that they delivered according to agreement. Very helpful and service minded throughout my stay. Rooms clean and good beds. Was expecting a larger pool and training facilities, but had no time to use them anyway.

HOTEL like ved kunstmuseum.Det var veldig fint område med mange fine restauranter rundt.Personal veldig hyggelige.Fine rom.Eneste irriterende var TV som stadig slukket seg selv men mini problem.Fin gåtur til sentrum enten via park eller koselige gater.Kan absolutt anbefale hotellet

Flott hotell. Noen hundre meter fra Operaen, Vitenskapsmuséet- og oseanografisk museum. Ble oppgradert til en av 4 små suiter i 12 etasje. Stor terrasse, med utsikt til Operaen og store deler av byen. Tiltalende frokostrom og bra valgmuligheter. Ca. 3 km å gå til sentrum. (Fint å gå langs den igjenfylte elven. ) fint parkanlegg hele veien. Parkering i kjelleren, men dyrt.

The hotel was very comfortable, and nice for the price. The underground parking structure was very challenging to maneuver in the tight spiral ramps. If you have a slightly larger vehicle (we had a Peugeot 5800?). It was too tight to feel safe as you are going down the ram0 and finding a space in the parking areas. Avoid it, if possible. A small fiat or smart car should have no problems there.

Fatal, las habitaciones estan comunicadas entre si por una puerta con llave, lo que hace que se escuche como respiran los inquilinos de al lado, luego el personal de recepcion no es que sea muy amable y te de indicaciones claras a las preguntas frecuentes sobre como hacer uno del parking por ejemplo, la presion de la ducha es escasa, creo que por el precio de la habitación deberian tener un mejor servicio.

I have been on a 3 week vacation through Portugal and Spain and have stayed in 6 hotels and some Apartments. I must say that NH Valencia Las Artes was the worst. It started with a scary drive into the parking garage. I have never been in such a narrow garage with such difficult turns. Next I walk into the lobby and think this does not seem like a 4 star hotel. Next I go tot he room. It is so tiny and bare and felt like a dorm room. No kettle or coffee maker, no complimentary water (all other hotels I stayed at provided those).The AC barely worked. Luckily we only booked this hotel for 1 night.

My observations are primarily focused on the "Pet Friendly" aspects of the NH Valencia Las Artes. Parking beneath the hotel was easy and well priced. We booked one of their pet friendly rooms which, although somewhat small, was well designed to help mitigate any random barks your dogs may volunteer during the night. We traveled with our two small dogs and were happy to discover that the hotel did not add on any additional fees for the second dog. Our room was very dated. The flooring was that horrible vinyl laminate from the 90’s that just looks and feels cheap. The bathroom was well equipped, but also ready for a make-over. The windows to the street are not double-glazed, so the room was subject to street noise. The queen bed ranked up there with one of the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. It was hard as a rock. Bring earplugs and a bottle of your favorite hooch! The area around the hotel was GREAT and just steps from the Ciudad de las Artes, which is an amazing place to walk your dogs. There is also a small park directly behind the hotel that is lit at night and is super convenient when you need to take your dogs out for a quick break. The staff was excellent and super friendly. Overall, I really appreciated the hotel being so accommodating to pets. Criticisms aside, knowing that our dogs were welcome and being so close to truly spectacular places to walk them helped make our stay in Valencia very enjoyable.

Localização ótima, quarto pequeno.
A localização é excelente, muito próximo a Cidade das Artes e Ciências. O quarto é pequeno e a solução de colocar o armário de roupas dentro do banheiro acaba atrapalhando, não ajuda. Café da manhã bom.

Brilliant Stay
Had a fantastic time staying in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and were helpful with any queries I had. Location is brilliant as you are right on the doorstep of the museum. Also a 20 minute bus ride from the beach which was bonus. Stayed here on my own and I'd definitely return. Saler mall also round the corner to keep you busy.

Chambre très propre, literie confortable. Belle piscine et salle de sport. Parking au sous-sol mais assez étroit, si vous avez un suv courage. Hôtel à proximité des attractions touristiques comme l’aquarium. Bars à tapas, petite épicerie et terrain de jeux à proximité. Donc très bien pour les familles. Nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner à l’extérieur car sssez cher mais possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner dans un des bars proches ou d’acheter le nécessaire dans l’épicerie proche.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas Y lo que es las recepción igual ,sales a la puerta del hotel y no tienes ni acerado. Si te descuidas tienes los coches encima .Sin contar que no tienen cafeteria ni salon solo un mini bar y dos mesas bajas . El aparcamiento tienes que pagar18e y no te aseguan que cuando salgas con el coche y vuelvas a entrar tienes la plaza. La piscina no es al aire libre . La limpiadora entro en la habitación sin llamar ,abrio con su llave estando nosotros dentro. Las almohadas muy pequeñas,vamos la verdad es que lo de 5 estrellas le queda grande.
