Ottima struttura per trascorrere una vacanza in una bellissima città come Valencia. Tutti i ragazzi che si avvicendavano alla reception erano professionali cortesi e molto proattivi. Conosco bene la città e posso dire che la struttura è in una posizione eccellente per raggiungere tutti i luoghi più interessanti come la spiaggia, la città delle scienze e il centro

Great property and location. Used the rental bikes on the street to get to the city and the beach. Studio unit worked great and access to the rooftop at my doorway. Able to do laundry as well. Pool was a great cool down for hot Aug days.

Nice place with a lot of amenities. Very close to the beach. A little far from city center (about an hour walk) but the neighborhood has a lot to offer. Safe and quiet.

The space is amazing great if you’re planning to stay more than a week, great location, good amenities, the only issue was there was no fan in the bathroom and the room could get steamy after a shower, but overall great place I’d book it again

The room was not clean. Leftovers from the previous guest were still there when I checked in. Convenient and the room was big though.

It is a good choice of accommodation consi the price. However, the tram and metro did not work up to the end on that line at the time and we had to rely on the buses which were really full at times. I advise to get a bus/team weekly ticket. The bus is reliable for it is a real nightmare to understand the bus network, the map is really unclear and over complicated. For the flat, check you have what you need in the kitchen because we had a lot missing but receptionist was helpful. Their main bell does not work so don’t forget your key. There is a supermarket (consum) near the property and you can go up to Lidl/ carrefour with the bus. The pool was not really good and no one to watch it so not for kids. The washing machine was a dark under basement place in the building. Good for a week stay but would not stay longer as there is nothing to do in the surrounding.

The place is a good value for money, has a great location and the staff was nice. The only downside was that at one of the hottest nights nobody took action when the Aircon was down on the entire floor. It was a sleepless night. It's it has a pool. I haven't had a need to use the kitchennete, but a kettle could be useful.

Had a great stay here during my holiday! The staff were friendly, the swimming pool was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The only small points for improvement would be the cleaning and maintenance of the shower and window blinds, and the wardrobe door didn’t open properly. These are minor issues that can easily be fixed with a bit of attention. It was also great to have access to a gym, and the location was excellent. I would definitely come back again!

If you like the beach....it's a 10 minutes walk. If you like the old city...bus, tramway, subway almost in front of the door. Clean, excellent location, quiet. A very good stay

Tram stop about 20 seconds walk. Bus stop about 1-2 minutes walk Bus takes you to the city centre. Pool open from 11am - 9pm although often open till later. No kettle in room but you can boil water on the stove Blackout blinds helps you sleep when it’s light outside

+: near the sea, spacious studio, good matress, with access to the gym and pool. Room has AC. -: a big let-down: the room was not clean: bathroom had still hair in it, the floor was very wet with parts of it not cleaned, and the worst of all was seeing a cockroach crawl under the little sofa... Also my key card was deactivated the day of check-out way before schedule (tried to get back in my room at 11h after a walk, check-out was supposed to be at 12, had to go down twice to have my card activated again). Overall a good experience but was really bothered by the lack of cleanliness of the room.

Erittäin mukavat 6 yötä Valenciassa. Rauhallinen ja siisti huone ja hotellissa hyvät palvelut, mm pyykinpesumahdollisuus ja kuntosali. Huone siivottiin myös kerran siellä olo aikana mikä.ä oli positiivinen yllätys. Ainoa pettymys oli se ettei keittiöön kuulunut mitään astioita. Huoneessa oli kyllä hieno keittiö, kaikella elektroniikalla liesi, uuuni, mikro ja jopa astianpesukone muttei mitään millä valmistaa ruokaa tai syödä sitä. Itselleni ei käynyt asunnon tiedoista ilmi että nämä eivät kuulu.

Struttura non estremamente pulita, al mio arrivo la camera risulta con il pavimento bagnato come se fosse stata lavata, ma ai bordi delle pareti vi erano briciole e molliche ovunque. L'arredamento è sarebbe un po' da rinnovare specialmente il bagno dove il lavabo era piccolissimo e datato, il wc si muoveva tutto e il box doccia aperto che faceva uscire l'acqua arrivando pure in cucina. Infatti un angolo della porta era gonfio per l'umidità. Il resto della camera poteva andare. Un po' scomodo il phon da richiedere in reception ogni volta che ti serviva e avevi tempo un ora per usarlo. Il resto della struttura poteva andare anche la piscina comune nell'atrio principale. Il personale sempre cortese e gentile.

My experience with this accommodation in Valencia was extremely disappointing. My reservation was from October 10 to October 13, but due to a cockroach infestation, I was unable to stay at the property and had to leave. Cockroaches were present in the kitchen and bathroom, and, most concerningly, they were also found on my personal belongings. This was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the accommodation. As soon as I was able to obtain video evidence of the situation, I reported the incident to the host and sent a message. Unfortunately, I received no response, and no solution or compensation was offered. I had booked this accommodation expecting a clean and safe place to stay, but the conditions made it impossible for me to remain there. I had to leave without spending a single night at the property. I have photos and videos documenting the infestation. This experience was both stressful and disruptive, and the lack of communication from the host made an already unacceptable situation even worse. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this accommodation. I strongly encourage future guests to take these issues into consideration before making a reservation.

Habe die Unterkunft erst einen Tag vorher gebucht. Kommunikation bei Rückfragen im Vorfeld war top und ebenso vor Ort. Zimmer war sehr funktional, hätte aber etwas sauberer sein können. Leider fehlte die Tür im Bad. Für mich alleine und für eine Nacht okay, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt und vor allen Dingen mit einer zweiten Person nicht so toll. Dachterrassen waren top!
