This charming 40m² one-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples or travellers looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in the beautiful city of Valencia. It is located very close to Avenida del Puerto, an excellent area as a starting point to different parts of the city, very close to the beach and Valencia marina.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has private and independent access directly from the street, so you won't have to share entrances or common areas with other neighbours. Due to its street-level location, you may occasionally notice some noise coming from outside.
Designed with a modern open-concept layout, the apartment integrates living room, dining area and kitchen in a functional and welcoming space. The living area features a comfortable sofa for two people, flat-screen TV and a dining table perfect for enjoying your meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. For added convenience during your stay, you'll find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed dressed in high-quality linens, carefully prepared to ensure restful sleep.
The bathroom has clean towels, complimentary toiletries for the first few days of your stay and everything you need to feel at home.

For outdoor relaxation, the expansive Turia Gardens provide lush green spaces perfect for jogging, cycling, or simply enjoying nature. Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
