Bonjour, merci beaucoup pour vos gentils mots qui ont fait notre bonheur, et il est vrai que les paellas sont faites pour un minimum de 2 personnes mais si vous voulez manger une paella il suffit de ne pas venir à des heures précises pour ne pas embrouiller la cuisine avec les paellas....Salutations et merci

Bonjour, nous regrettons que votre avis ne soit pas positif, mais nous vous informons que les caractéristiques de la chambre sont bien expliquées et détaillées, où il est dit que la chambre a une fenêtre et qu'elle donne sur un patio intérieur, qui n'est pas couvert. comme indiqué Parce que tout est ouvert sur les côtés, évidemment c'est protégé pour que l'eau n'entre pas dans les pièces, mais comme nous vous l'avons déjà informé, tous les côtés de la partie supérieure sont volontairement ouverts pour qu'ils aient une ventilation naturelle, nous ne avoir une publicité trompeuse car tout est écrit, concernant les lampes que vous indiquez, toutes les chambres ont de grandes lampes latérales et petites pour pouvoir lire la nuit.Salutations

Hola Su007, sentimos mucho todos los imperfectos. Todos los apartamentos se están reformando y eso toma su tiempo y por eso el precio para esa temporada ya esta reducido. Respecto a las habitaciones con vistas al mar no se asignan por sorteo: Si pagas por una suite o junior vista mar te tocan esas, si pagas por una doble interior que además en la reserva está indicado pues tendrás una doble interior. El precio para cada una es muy diferente acorde a las vistas y el tamaño.

Si hay algo que caracteriza nuestro hotel es el excelente trato a los clientes, y nos parece un tanto sorprendente tu apreciación en ese sentido, nuestros huespedes vengan de donde vengan reciben el mejor trato y colaboración. Con respecto a lo que comenta sobre la habitación que reservó, en la descripción se puede ver que es una habitación estandar interior. En cuanto al ascensor efectivamente estaba estropeado, y sólo esperabamos que la empresa encargada pudiera repararlo de forma segura, son cosas que pueden tardar más de 1 día. Lamentamos que su estancia no haya sido de todo su agrado, tomamos nota y agradecemos su comentario. Saludos. Hotel El Coso del mar.
