The apartment features the following spaces:

- Practical living-dining room with open kitchen, equipped with rectangular dining table, HD TV and double sofa bed with easy opening. Window with non-accessible balcony.

- American kitchen with island and two stools fully equipped, with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster…

- Master bedroom with double bed, spacious wardrobe, shelving and mirror.

- 1 Bathroom equipped with practical shower, sink, toilet, bidet and mirror.



It is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel) 1 bottle of 1.5l mineral water. The Neighbourhood:

The location is unbeatable, on a quiet pedestrian street in the historic centre. Just a two-minute walk away you'll find the Central Market, a modernist temple of gastronomy where you can buy fresh produce. You'll be able to explore countless restaurants where you can taste any Valencian speciality, beyond paella, charming terraces and local shops anchored in time. Essential attractions such as the Silk Exchange (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Plaza de la Reina with its imposing Cathedral and the Micalet, or Plaza del Ayuntamiento are within a comfortable walking distance.

How to get around:

Being in the heart of the historic centre, you can reach almost everywhere on foot, but you have excellent connections:



- Metro: Àngel Guimerà Station (direct connection to the airport, lines 3, 5, 1, 2, 9) just 6 minutes' walk away. Xàtiva and Colón stations about 10 minutes away.

- Train: North Station 15 minutes' walk away.

- Bus (Bruges Square / Central Market): Lines 7, 27, 60, 73 just a few metres away.

- Car / Parking: As it is a residential pedestrian-restricted area monitored by cameras (APR zone), use of the Central Market Public Car Park (Bruges Square) is recommended, located 2 minutes' walk away.

- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities in use and towards neighbours.

- Respect quiet hours, from 22:00h to 10:00h.

- No rubbish in the accommodation. Waste bins are located on the street by turning right. Valencia has a daily waste collection service for 4 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics in addition to general waste.
