A newly completed (September 2023) boutique studio at street level, furnished and decorated with great care and enthusiasm, ready for its first guests.
The loft features a living-dining room with high ceilings and a table for two, a sitting area with a 32-inch TV, and Wi-Fi with ADSL Internet connection offering free, unlimited access.
The studio consists of a double bedroom with a new memory foam mattress that enhances sleep quality. It is separate from the living-dining room.

The kitchen opens onto the living-dining room and is fully equipped with new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, oven-microwave, Dolce Gusto electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and juicer, as well as a wide selection of kitchen utensils, dishes, and glassware that I’m sure will make you feel right at home.
If needed, a high chair for children and a travel crib will be provided.
Hot water is provided by a 50-liter water heater.
