"We stayed in one of the villas, so not in the main building. A little dated, and with carpet on the floor (which we dislike due to allergies). The room didn't have wine glasses (or any other glasses), and no trashcan except for in the bathroom. So fewer amenities than we were used to for this price level. But the AC was working fine, and we had a balcony with a relatively good view of the lake. Breakfast was good, and we also had the buffet dinner one evening. Also good, with plenty of variety. You need to be prepared for a steep walk from the city center to the hotel. They offer a shuttle bus service, though. Taxis were hard to find. Parking was plentiful."

"Very friendly check-in staff, nice and clean, the apartment even had a self service washing machine, a little bit short on kitchen equipment, the bed was very hard, there was a terrace acess straight from the apartment but nothing to sit on, very practical parking with lift directly to the apartment"

"Best hotel in Tirano. big room with big bathroom and real aircondition is among their benefits. 7 min walking from end station of Bernina Express i s also nice. Very serviceminded people in cafe and reseption."

"Fantastisk beliggenhet. Parkering (mot litt betaling) rett over gaten. Ganske stille på natten, selv om vi hadde vindu (med fantastisk utsikt!) ut mot bilvei. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Anbefales!"
