«We found sanctuary at this lovely farmhouse during the July heat wave--refreshing dip in the pool, relaxing dinner in the courtyard, restful sleep in the air-conditioned home. Got up to watch the sunrise over the vineyards, absolutely stunning scenery, and watched three hot air balloons also taking in the sights. Matteo was very welcoming, and we bridged the language barrier with a little help from Google translate. Wished we could have stayed longer!»

«We stayed for a week at La Ripa. It is a very beautiful and quiet place. It is a few minutes from San Gimignano and it is a central place to visit nice villages in Toscany. Rodrigo was there to welcome us and securing for us an optimal stay. He was amicable and available. This is a place we are highly recommending.»

«Pros: Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt schön ruhig. Abends kann man das Zirpen der Grillen genießen, den Kauz hören und es kam auch ein Dachs vorbei! Wunderbar für Naturliebhaber. Es ist abseits gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und haben viele Tipps ! Sehr nette Gastfreundschaft. Ein Ort zum entspannen in der Toscana.»

«This is the best vrbo we have stayed at in our lives. Host was communicative and easy check in process with a great welcome gift. Absolutely stunning views. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and clean. Television and WiFi worked great as well as A/C. The only issue was the hot tub that really never warmed up so it was unusable for us. Otherwise It was the best stay of our trip which included Rome, Cinque terre, Venice and Paris. Will be back soon!»

«This september we visited Empoli. We wanted to stay close to Pisa and Florence, but not in a busy area. This place had exactly what we expected. A perfect view over the winefields with a beautiful sunset. The place could have been more clean. The road to the place is quite bumpy. We were lucky to rent a decent car. Mario, our host, was a very friendly man. He picked us up at the bottom of the hill so we could find the way up when it was dark. With a bit of english and talking with our hands we ...
