«Staff is very nice. Room was clean. Good shower pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ask for a room on the opposite side of the building from the road. My room was on the street side and very noisy. Breakfast was kind of dissapointing. No hot choices. Bagels only no regular bread. Overall satisfied with my stay.»

«The rooms were very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the elevators. There were 2 but only one was working. It was very slow. We were there for a soccer tournament in the area so there were a lot of kids & families staying there. One elevator was not sufficient.»

If there was more than 3 people on it at once, the door wouldn't open once you got to the 1st floor and someone would have to hit the 1st floor button again for it to open. Also, the pool was cold and slimy. We were told it was heated but it definitely was not. The stairs in the pool were slimy and slippery along with inside the pool on the floor»

«Property was clean and cared for, however carpet in room smells. It’s generally like this in all hotels and don’t know why they all don’t change to bare floors. So much cleaner. Carpet just accumulates dirt and smells.»

«We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the staff was very respectful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spotless upon arrival, and we had no issues during our visit. Even though we woke up too late for breakfast, we were still able to get coffee and chocolate milk before checking out, which we appreciated. The checkout process was quick and convenient, and parking was easy as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.»

«This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!»

«The Bookhouse is a wonderful concept! Prioritizing books, making them accessible everywhere, is delightful. There were adventurous and playful touches, including the secret hide-away on the first floor, behind a bookcase. Housing a hotel in a very old house is another terrific choice. «I came to this place at 1:00 in the morning because the other place kiteville was closed down or at least posted to be vacated and disgusting and I couldn't get in so the gentleman who I guess owns this place was very helpful I could call him and answer the phone and that was really really nice but the place is really dirty»
