«Everything went really well. The breakfast Buffett was just ok. Not amazing.»

«Pros: the breakfast options are good and plentiful. Fitness center is decent. Cons: our room was not serviced when it should have been. We had to remove our trash, ran out of tissues, and were told “Sundays are hard because they are busy with so many checkouts”. They offered us chips from the snack bar but no other compensation for our rooms not being cleaned when they should have been. The pool was under construction also, when ordinarily this would have been “open season” for pool use.»

«Room had a bit of a smell. Like covering smoke or pet odors. Door was very stuck and lock mechanism worked most of the time. Breakfast only had 1 attendant and could not keep up. Very little food was out. Will not stay here again. Not terrible, but not up to par.»

«It wasnt super clean but it waant too bad it needs to be updated. The breakfast was really good and th we people were nice but a couple couldn't speak English so wasnt much help. Besides that all in all was an ok place to stay»

«Tub drain wasn’t working properly. Otherwise, no complaints. Breakfast was super cheap and absolutely amazing!!»

«The rooms were very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the elevators. There were 2 but only one was working. It was very slow. We were there for a soccer tournament in the area so there were a lot of kids & families staying there. One elevator was not sufficient.»

«Average hotel room but was pricey. Seniors traveling to west Chester,Pa. Nothing complimentary here.»

«This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!»

«I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience with this hotel. I booked through Expedia and received a confirmation for my reservation. When I arrived around 9 PM with my minor child after an overnight flight from Los Angeles, I was told there were no rooms available. Instead of taking responsibility or helping us find a solution, the staff blamed Expedia and claimed they could not contact me because Expedia did not provide my contact information. «The property smelled and the tv did not work. I asked for a single bed and they gave me a room with two beds, then told me if I used the other bed they would charge me $25. The room had bugs and flys.. we slept with the lights on, but it was the only place available out of town.. HORRIBLE AND NASTY.. I am itching just thinking about it!»

«Desk staff was very polite and quick response time. Room itself had clean sheets and towels, an room itself was clean even if not in the best of shape. The water was the worst I have seen. It smelled of SULFUR and was only a light pressure - took forever to wet short hair. When exiting shower your entire body smelled of sulfur! »

«They had an order to vacate on both doors and a paper from the EPA stating the water was unsafe. Moldy food on the tables, mold in the A/C units, whole building reeked of stale cigarettes. Worst place ive ever booked in my life.»

«We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the staff was very respectful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spotless upon arrival, and we had no issues during our visit. Even though we woke up too late for breakfast, we were still able to get coffee and chocolate milk before checking out, which we appreciated. The checkout process was quick and convenient, and parking was easy as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.»

«This place used to be good. But it’s gone downhill. In pulling into the parking lot at 1:15 pm…the grass and landscaping haven’t been tended to in a long time. We parked our car and we were the only car in the lot. We thought it was closed. I entered to check in only to be told they didn’t have a room ready. Wait until 4pm checking. WE WERE THE ONLY car in the lot and they didn’t have rooms cleaned yet? Even one? When we finally did get in our room…there were ants in the Bathroom and hallway.  ...
