Likte: Renhold, fasiliteter og overnattingsstedets bygg og tilstand
The room was very clean; the bar staff was very friendly and helpful; the food was wonderful including the breakfast in the morning. There was a Birthday party at the pool so we couldn't use it, it would have been great too. The front desk staff was not very helpful, we went to a venue and were out until late, when we got back our key card wouldn't work to let us back into the hotel. I had to knock on the front glass windows several times to get someone to let us in. It was in the negatives so that was not great. When we got up to our room, someone had accessed out room while we were out and left the door propped open with the dead bolt. Thankfully nothing was stolen, but it ended out night and we decided to stay in the room after that instead of finishing our regular plans. When we notified the front desk attendant she said no one was there who could help, then a guy with a coat and backpack on came up and looked around the room. That experience alone was a bit nerve wrecking for an otherwise nice hotel.
