Might be a language problem, but google translate would easily solve this with an information sheet... all in all a good stay, but with this location and amenities it could have been better.»

«Great spot in Hakone, nice building, good food and great service. Several private hot sprigs to enjoy, both indoor and outdoor. We were offered a free ride to nearest train station when we left, which was great. The only thing that was a little strange and which we have never experienced in Japan, was that we were not allowed to enjoy any drink or food we brought with us. There was no mention of this on the booking, only after we had arrived.»
