«Hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Quebec the hotel is at a walking distance from everything and it’s definitely much better to just walk. One thing is the hotel DOES NOT offer free parking and not even a discount. You have to use a public parking which was quite expensive per day. I drove from NY so I definitely needed to use the parking lot. Personally, I felt the restaurant at the hotel had a limited menu and prices were over the top. Aside from that, clean hotel, friendly staff.»
«The location was great, not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but very walkable to Old Quebéc, it is on a hill but it was a nice walk even for a stroller. The room was spacious to use our toddlers pack n play and very clean. I enjoyed the water and the wine dispensers, the wine was tasty. The pool was clean and our toddler enjoyed it very much.»

«Front entry is very dirty, bad first impression right away. Room was not cleaned properly at all. There is no front desk but I did receive texts each day from someone on the staff. I responded about the dissatisfactory cleaning and they assured me that the room will be cleaned the following day which it was. Hôtel was fine but could be kept up better. Great location, walking distance to Old Quebec is about 30 minutes.»
«The bed was very comfortable in a room that was extremely quiet considering the hotel is on a major street. There are many high quality restaurants and cafes within a very short walk. There was a blues festival a block away which we hadn't planned on attending but really enjoyed. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us a quick tour of the facilities and showed us to the room. The only negative comment we would have is that the parking is limited. «The building is in an ideal location and just a ten minute walk to Vieux Quebec.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and there was plenty of storage space for our clothing and shoes.
The 1-ply toilet paper was not ideal. A small table in the tv area would be very helpful for placing coffee mugs and glasses.
Instructions for getting our apartment key and the key for the parking access were very helpful and easy to understand.»

French owner and staff really hospitable and super friendly, they know how to take care of their guests! It doesn't look too much from the outside, but don't be deceived. Chateau Tourelles is a great place to stay for those who looks for the smaller hotels with charme and atmosphere.»
