At my arrival at around 4:00pm on 02/07 there was no heat or barely in my room , the hot water in the sink was unusable , the fridge was warm , the shower door was broken and more . I went out and came back around 8:30pm to find out that nothing had been fixed .I called the receptionist (not on location ) and asked for at least a space heater for awhile but they had none left. So I informed them that I had to leave . So in this freezing room it took me until midnight to find another place much further that I wanted due to being a Saturday night and a Carnaval
weekend . The next day the group Aneyro, which by the way has at least 9 other properties around Quebec City , contacted me . The director offered me a full refund for the 2 nights and for the $50.00 parking but only if I would sign a form that stated that I would not write a review on line .
Well , l am a woman that believes in justice and freedom of speech so I refused this offer .
In addition to a full reimbursement I asked them to pay for my 2 night stay at another location as a compensation for this terrible encounter but the director said that « they were not in a position to provide additional financial compensation or reimbursement for alternate accommodations «
For me the customer service at this hotel was truly inexistant. This has been a very regrettable experience.
