«Super clean, new condo. Owner was wonderful about communicating any needs. Unit was clean and there is a washer dryer in the unit. They actually left two laundry pods for wash which was super helpful after coming off a cruise! The bathroom looks like it has been remodeled, and there was body wash and shampoos for our use. Kitchen is pristine and ready to use. There is a cute pool on site which we did not have time to visit and a beautiful private beach are which is SO beautiful!  ...

«The previous tenant had left some rotten food in the refrigerator. I contacted the owner and she took prompt action to remedy the situation by purchasing a new refrigerator. Althugh it did not make it during our stay, I was very impressed with the owner's action to insure our stay was as comfortable as it should be. I highly recommend this place and the value she offers. Will definitely stay there in the future.»

«The condo itself was wonderful. Very clean and a great location. The mattress in the master bedroom is very hard and not comfortable but that would be my only complaint about the condo. As I understand it was a holiday weekend, the noise was annoying. Very loud music and people yelling in the hallways. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and have plans on coming back. »

«Our first time in Florida! It was a great location and private beach access was perfect, complete with pier and wildlife sightings (lizards and hermit crabs) Clean room with all the amenities. Had a hiccup with the door code but our room contact was prompt to help and make sure everything went ok. Balcony view was awesome! Private community was quiet and safe to walk around. We loved it!»

«This was a great unit for our purpose. Felt newly remodeled. Beds were comfy. Nice extras provided, like a cooler, pool noodles, pickleball, tennis rackets and some fishing gear. Check in & out was one of the easiest, so far. The pool was a HUGE hit. Location was good. Close to the park and good food.
