«First hostel I’ve stayed in. You guys have set the bar high. Everything from the beds to the amenities were better than some of the hotels and I have stayed at. Thank you so much for taking care of us.»

«Very handy to Otaki - quiet wee place. Super clean - bed could be better ( noisy rolling over by yourself) plus some warm sheets would be great! Lovely gardens if you have time to view.Perhaps overpriced for what it is. Still I’d recommend:-)»

«The house was looking tired, whilst clean it could do with refresh. The heated towel rail fell off the wall; it was a quick fix. There was also no spare rolls of toilet paper. When I rang the help line, it was not answered. I left a message but needless to say they did not bring any spare rolls.»
