«Beautiful seaside inn, lovely room with wonderful view. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice amenities. Excellent breakfast!!»

«No hot water during entire stay, double bed was only 120 cm and so soft that it felt like sleeping on a waterbed, the room had an odd old smell»

«Great weekend stay, I would book again.»

«The Apartment, was quiet and just the right size for one or two people to stay in. The town was walkable to the town, but it was the hills coming back up. There was no onsite parking and it was pop lucky if you got a space on the road.»

«The property was as in pictures apart from the entrance, which was around the back of the property on an uneven surface and up a steep metal wet staircase. Would suggest slated blinds as the sun makes the property very hot especially at the velux window above the sink. Overall, a pleasant stay in a lovely sea side town. »

«Clean, great location and as advertised. Comfy beds, nice furniture and good shower. One free car parking space at a car park 5 min walk away, the car park is otherwise very expensive. There was a fan thank goodness»

«We stayed here for a couple of nights on a short tour of the Jurassic Coast. The location is spectacular and you can almost step out onto the beach. There is a lovely bay window which you can sit in and watch the world go by listening to the sound of the waves. If only this had been a nice padded seat, I might not have wanted to leave. Parking is a bit of a problem in Lyme Regis but there was no noise from the restaurants below, which I thought might be a problem»

«Excellent location.»

«This beautifully quaint cottage is perfectly situated in the centre of Lyme Regis, on a historic Saxon lane. The hustle and bustle of the town cannot be heard from the cottage or the charming garden, with a rooftop and green hilly view. I would definitely recommend and come back if in the area again. It was clean, very well equipped and full of old architectural features, my sister, brother and my dog loved it. Thank you for letting us stay and feel so comfortable.»

«Fantastic apartment over looking the Cobb at Lyme Regis with free parking which is a bonus . Very comfy and clean Great communication throughout with owners»

«The cottage was very clean and really warm. Great space good size »

«Excellent location, room set up and parking space. The rooms and beds weee really clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and glassware. Overall we had a fantastic stay in Hove To. »

«Perfect all round, and the apartment has a great view.»

«Amazing spot! lovely views.»

«Advertised having two bathrooms . It had 1 bathroom and a toilet with a very small sink.»

«This property is very hard to find as the address given 8A Coombe street is incorrect. It is down a back path behind other properties. It took 40mins & several calls to Sykes cottages to find it! There is a cat (not mentioned in booking blurb) who comes via a cat flap which can be locked which we did due to a cat allergy! Overall it is a little 'tired' but the decor is nice and amenities are good, everything you need. It does need a thorough clean of lamps, pictures etc and a good clean of ...

«Really good and a great welcome pack but the lack of shower gel was disappointing. The double bed was a little rickety.»

«Very clean comfortable stay. There was a keysafe at the property but you had to go to a different place to pick up and drop off the key which seemed odd. Parking was round the corner and down the hill.»
