«This property was easy to find, centrally located and suited our needs. We extended our Maui trip, on short notice, by one day and this was an economical way to do one more overnight. The property is fine, with several amenities we did not make use of. The shared spaces were clean and well maintained. Our assigned room was clean, comfortable and provided good rest. All in all, what we expected and accurately described in the Expedia listing.»

«This is an excellent location for Haleakalā sunrise and also the back road to Hana. I highly recommend leaving early and doing the back road to Hana, it was amazing to have the road basically to yourself until you reach PipiWai Trail. As for the property, it is beautiful and clean and the views are lovely. Delightful hosts. "The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on benefits simply because the staff failed to provide basic information. The property deserves much better service at the front desk."
