«If you wanted to sit by the pool, you need to get in line by 7 AM to place your towel and if they see your chair unattended for at least one hour they move your belongings. The cabanas, food etc way overpriced. If you want to sit at the beach, you have to pay $150 to rent two chairs and an umbrella. The chairs are crammed in next to each other. No space between them no privacy can’t have a conversation without hearing everyone else else’s next to you. A main waterline broke not the hotel’s ...

«Loved the property but definitely had difficulty with getting service poolside. Moved to a different pool and thought that would help. Still no service. Eventually moved back to adult pool and walked around and found a staff member. After that we just decided to go directly to the bar ourselves for a drink. I got the feeling they thought we weren’t staying there but they should ask. We were guests of the hotel. I would appreciate spending that kind of money per night to not have to seek out ...

«Although it was just for one night, the hotel is amazing and the staff is so very helpful. The pictures on Expedia is incorrect. I requested a 2 queen bedroom. One of the pictures provided shows two queen beds and a living room, this is what I thought I was getting. Per hotel staff, picture is incorrect, they viewed the Expedia photo and apologized for the error, said the picture and description is incorrect.»

«Loved the pool layout and the gorgeous ocean view. Not noisy, very minimal music played at the pool which was nice! The snorkeling on site is better than Molokini crater. The only slight downside is that the beach is a bit small and there were limited restaurants on site but that is only a tiny negative. Loved this resort and would come back.»

«Check in was easy, call ahead if you want an early check in. If they offer you an upgrade from studio to 1 bedroom garden view be aware you will be facing the parking lot and the hwy with traffic and trucks all day and night. If you are not on the top floor you will hear every steps of the guests above, that sucked more than the traffic. - The room was very clean. Our unit had just a microwave, 2 burner stove top, fridge, 1 pan, 1 pot, plastic strainer, cooking utensils, 2 covered glass ...

«An hour extra time for late check-out would have cost $250. It soured our departure. Last time that I was in Hawaii, at another resort, we were greeted with tropical drinks and lei. It was a nice touch. The Westin resort did not do that. It's the little things folks, step up your game please.»
