«Would definitely recommend staying here! Close to the Interlaken West train terminal and downtown Interlaken. The room was very clean and comfortable and was a great value. Plenty to do nearby — I had the best chai latte of my life at the cafe across the street.»

Unfortunately, the property itself has significant maintenance issues, and the lack of support from the host was extremely disappointing. During our six-day stay, we repeatedly contacted the host and requested assistance, asking for someone to inspect and resolve the problems, but no one was ever sent.

«The property is super comfortable, clean and maintained. My interactions with the staff were all warm and cordial. The apartment was cleaned everyday, and the provided ameneties were also excellent. We could make full use of all cutlery, utensils, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The balcony of our apartment gave us an excellent view of Harder Klum and the funicular.
The location of the property is also excellent, being right next to the station, making it easy to just hop on to buses and ...
