«订这家公寓是因为图片很好看，结果房子比照片还漂亮，非常有设计感。因为入住的比较早，管家很贴心帮我尽早入住，房间很干净，阿姨打扫的很彻底，刚进去的时候还有一些淡淡的消毒水味道，阿姨说每个房间退房后都会认真消毒，让我住的很安心，其它的也没什么挑剔的，推荐！»

«샤워시설이 조금 좁지만 정말 만족했습니다. 좋은 점을 나열하면, 1. 추운 베이징의 날씨에 비해 집 안은 따뜻했습니다. 2. Dongsi shitao 역과 Dongzhimen역 사이에 위치하다보니 대중교통 이용에 편리했습니다. 3. 숙소 바로 앞에 24시 편의점, Dongsi shitao가는 길에 있는 마트 등 편의시설이 많이 구비되어 있습니다. 4. 걷는 걸 좋아하는 입장에서, 싼리툰까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 5. Dongzhimen역이 공항철도 종점이라 공항에서 숙소 갈 때나 숙소에서 공항갈 때 정말 편리합니다.»

«Staff were incredibly nice and welcoming and they were very efficient when processing check in, the room has an amazing view - however the hallways and common areas such as the lift are dirty and people are smoking everywhere. Great price for the size of the room. I will say they need to seriously deep clean the pipes in the bathrooms , I had a shower and then the entire room was enveloped in a disgusting pungent smell of rotting eggs. Staff were super cool though »

«由於航班誤點，到達住宿已是凌晨兩點，還好之前有聯絡到服務人員，人真好的過來招待！還有檢查好wifi，冷氣，電視等。之後發現淋浴噴頭有壞，第二天也過來幫忙換新的，而且還主動問需不需要雨傘，對於一個女生來說真的很貼心。房間乾淨舒適像家的感覺，在小區內有保安員需要感應卡才能出入，所以安全度不用擔心。樓下便利店食店齊全，生活機能方便。10月底如果再去北京必定再次入住»

«何度か利用させて頂いてますが、私の選択理由は洗濯機が部屋にあるという事につきます。日本のビジネスホテルならば、コインランドリーくらい常設されていますが、北京のビジネスホテルには何処を探してもありませんでした。また、フロントの対応ですが片言の中国語が話せれば問題ありませんでした。英語の出来るスタッフもいました。他の方が言うように水回りの悪い部屋もありますが、今回の3階の部屋は問題ありませんでした。ただ、3月から各部屋が値上げされてしまい、この値段では他のアパートメントホテルの方がコスパが良いと感じてしまいます。以前の価格に戻してくれる事を期待します。»

«It was located near the subway line and many restaurants. within walking distance of Sanlitun area stores and night life,, Workers Stadium, night clubs are very close and within walking distance. The amenities within the apartment were sufficient for preparing breakfasts and small meals. Security to the facility was excellent and people in the facility and the locals around the facility were (as usual) very friendly and helpful. Much better than staying in a hotel.»

«Terrible conditions: curtain is broken, window plopped up with a bottle , no shower stall, shower water pour over the toilet. Smell heavily smoking! We couldn’t find front desk, it was a closed door room. You need to call the # posted at the door, which cost you an international call fee bcuz you don’t have local phone. I booked 2 beds, manager gave me one bed, when I showed him my reservation, he had someone else kicked out so we could have their 2 beds room.»

«I had a horrible experience with Expedia and this hotel. First of all the listed location for this hotel on Expedia's app is wrong. Mapping in China don't always work well with US maps so be aware. I had to use a local app (Baidu maps) to search the address to get the actual location. Furthermore even after finding the correct location, the hotel was hard to find. «base-wangfujing was a fantastic "base" for our stay in Beijing. Easy access to the Subway and with lots of restaurants and bars - both traditional and contemporary - within easy walking distance. «The name of this place is actually Base-Gonti Serviced Apartment and it was perfect for our trip. We stayed in their "Executive Studio" and the room has plenty of storage space for our luggages (2 medium/2 carry-on), a comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom. The hotel is very clean and safe and I appreciated the free in-room wifi and house slippers. «Very large room that is decently clean and comes with a kitchen, washer dryer, living area and sofa. Breakfast was decent and relatively inexpensive with ok options. Cleanliness is acceptable but the key concern is the room air conditioning. We went in the spring so we could live with the weak air conditioning. However, it might be hard to deal with during the summertime. Will recommend the Japanese restaurant at the hotel lobby. Food and drinks are absolutely fantastic.»
