«The standard of the room was ok, but kind of woren out(There were spots all over our bedroom floor) The service was ok but kind of strange and cold. If you don’t want guest during Ramadan then don’t have rooms available!
We ordered food from a delivery service. This was definetly a pluss for the total experience. Great flavours. »

«Super luxury hotel and close to everything . Rooms were big and very comfortable. Staff were amazing and pool area was gorgeous and pool staff were very helpful. Specially Asanka and Vivian.
Mr Wael at the reception was super nice and very friendly. We loved the place and will go back again.

«Good location between the airport and city center. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, but there was a carpet on the floor that was discusting. I had to use flipflops or shoos while walking there. But price was very good and it was easy to stay there. »

«Had to wait an hour to check in but it was resolved quickly.
The hotel is a bit old and our room needed renovations, especially the main bathroom and the couch was a little uncomfortable.
We found hair on the floor multiple times which wasn’t very good. Overall the staff were very welcoming and accommodating and made the stay better, especially the guy who opened our car door every time we arrived back for to the hotel and greeted us nicely. »
