The property is just a 20-minute drive from the lovely town of Barnstaple, where there are a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. A short stroll from the barn and you are in the village centre where there are two pubs, a small shop and Post Office. For golfers, the beautiful Libbaton Golf Club is nearby, serving food and drinks. Other attractions nearby include RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal, as well as the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, and the sandy beaches at Woolacombe and Saunton to name but a few.


Entering the barn, you get the feeling of space provided by the vaulted ceiling and feature light fitting. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides everything you will need for your stay. Watch all your favourite programmes on the Smart TV whilst settling down on the comfortable sofa. The dining table makes eating in a breeze, and the kitchen has everything you would need to cook up a storm, with electric oven and hob, and fridge with freezer section. Also, on the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC. The staircase leads up from the lounge area to a galleried double bedroom with King-size bed, Smart TV/DVD and space for a travel cot if required.


Outside there is an enclosed gated gravelled area with seating.There is allocated parking for one car on the drive.
