This simple, air-conditioned 55 sqm ground-floor apartment is part of a family house with a garden. The beach and Umag town center are just a few minutes’ walk. The area is central and quiet. It has two bedrooms with double beds, both opening onto the terrace. The bathroom includes a shower cabin. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge with freezer, oven, hob (three gas burners and one electric), extractor hood, kettle, coffee maker, dining table with four chairs, satellite TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. A storage room with a washing machine is also available. The terrace at the entrance is furnished with table, chairs, and umbrella, overlooking the garden. Guests can use the barbecue in the well-kept garden, shared with the owners. Free parking is available nearby. The nearest beach is 150 mt away.
