«I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. »

«Overall, this is a nice apartment in Kira and was partly chosen for its centralized location for us as we had places to go that were about the same distance from Kira but not in the same direction. Although, we initially had a bit of trouble finding the place (the pin brought us to the right road, but not the right gate) when we arrived very late due to transportation delay.
