Pillows and king bed were very comfortable. Pool and deck were nice. Towels and bedding clean and nice. Need more hangers, water, creamer. Smell from toilet drain on the last two days of our stay. Daily clean finger marks from elevator buttons and clean sides before entering elevators.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมาก ประทับใจตั้งแต่พนง.รับโทรศัพท์ วันเช็คอิน front desk ดูแลลูกค้าดีมาก ชื่นชมคุณพนง.ผู้ชายที่ไปเช็คอินด้วย(ลืมถามชื่อ) ห้องพักสะอาดมากๆ ห้องกว้างตกแต่งดี เตียงนอนหลับสบาย ชอบดีเทลโต๊ะกระจกกับไฟสว่าง ทำให้แต่งหน้าง่าย บรรยากาศภายในโรงแรมดี มีที่จอดรถเยอะ โรงแรมเข้าออกได้ 2 ฝั่ง อยู่ตรงที่ไม่พลุกพล่านเกิน ชอบมากกว่าโรงแรมกรุงเทพหลายๆที่

Juste parfait !
Pour commencer un grand merci à tout le staff de l’hôtel. Tres gentil et très compétent. Initialement arrivé le 31 decembre je devais rester que 3 nuits sur Udon Thani . J’ai finalement passé 2 semaines au Veladhi hotel . L’hôtel est vraiment très propre et calme. Restaurant chic et belle piscine. Ma chambre était nettoyé quotidiennement et elle était impeccable. Les femmes de ménage sont très consciencieuses. Les hommes à l’accueil et aux restaurants sont très impliqués dans le travail et très gentils. Et les femmes à l’accueil ou au restaurant sont toutes plus jolies les unes que les autres. Elle ont toutes ce beau sourire qui nous font tant aimer le Royaume de Siam . Je reviendrai à Udon Thani en juin et je sais deja que mes vacances seront au Veladhi hotel .

Best hotel I've stayed at in Udon Thani....my room was spaious, clean, modern and extremely comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly, happy, helpful and speak good English. I highly recommend staying here.

Vela Dhi is the go to Hotel in Udon Thani In house breakfast and bar and dining options are first class. A comfortable quiet sleep is assured at this hotel

The ultimate base for exploring Udon Thani
Everything about this hotel is 1st Class. It starts with the friendly carpark security staff, and then follows on to the reception staff. The welcome drink was a nice touch after travelling two different flights to arrive in Udon Thani. The housekeeping was first class, and finally but not forgotten the restaurant. The chefs and wait staff during the buffet breakfast made everyone feel welcomed. I appreciated being looked after by the staff, and the buffet breakfast selection was fantastic!!! I’ll be back again next year, as both the city of Udon Thani has plenty to do and see, and the hotel is located in a nice quiet part, ensuring you get a great nights sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was hot and strong, something you appreciate when on vacation. Keep up the great work!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends, as I’m sure visitors would be extremely happy with the amenities and staff. Until we meet again, it’s bye for now😊😊🙏

there was no remark, iff teen dont sleep with unin douple bed, you have to pay much more, for additional extra bed. 1.000 thb. each night.nto much, i think. so iff i get asked, when i book, how old is thebchild. and i make mark: 12 years. so need show, must pay for seperate bed. i was realy disapointet, about the high extra charge. service by the way, was great.

Excellent
I was so excited when we were greeted at the front hotel lobby by name. A very nice welcome touch. The service at this hotel is second to none. I have stayed at a few hotels in Udon Thani...this would be a top 2 hotel easily. Breakfast was very good. The bed was magic!!!!

Great hotel, shower to be improved
Everything perfect and exceeding expectations apart from the shower. The shower jet was painful, spraying water from tiny holes with very high pressure and no way to regulate it. Also the water temperature was changing without touching the tap, from cold to hot. Very difficult to enjoy even the quickest shower.

Eines der besten, wenn nicht sogar das beste Hotel in Udon Thani. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Service ist super. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und stylish, es wurde Wert auf Design gelegt. Lediglich das Frühstücksbuffet könnte umfangreicher sein, die Auswahl ist nicht sehr gross. Klare Empfehlung für Udon Thani.
