«Very clean room.Lovely pool. The hotel is out of the way near the river. We loved the tranquil setting. Apart from our safari trip (which was arranged by the owner) we didn’t leave the hotel, which suited us because the food provided at the hotel is delicious. The only negative thing I would say is they could do with upgrading the recliners by the pool. »

«The welcome at the Sihilro Regency is second to none. We felt almost like family. The home cooked food offered is really fantastic, exceeding the standard in most of the hotels we stayed in. Arriving over the new year weekend, we were slightly concerned that onward travel would be difficult but they helped us find a taxi at a very reasonable price. We also used their in house Safari and the driver / guide was brilliant. Highly recommended.»

«Reservamos con pocos días de antelación ya que decidimos cambiar nuestro itinerario. El hotel fue un gran descubrimiento. Muy buen servicio, con una atención de 10. Habitaciones senzillas pero comodas, todo lo que puedes pedir por el precio. Sin duda repetiria»

«totally amazing service never seen something like that 😍
The power went off in the whole area, but even though the staff was amazing, got candles to my room so it wasn’t dark , they picked me up in my cabin when it was raining, or so dark you couldn’t see anything 😍 they helped arrange safari trip and a drive to Mirissa after my stay 😍 »

«Unfortunately I am not able to review Dil Lanka Safari Resort, because when we arrived, the manager was very surprised to see us and said that he had no booking from us (three people, two rooms). Ultimately it was resolved (with help from our Sri Lankan driver) and we were given our money back (booking was prepaid). The grounds looked nice, so you could take your chances, but make sure you do nót prepay your reservation.»
