Service is five star quality. The shuttle is good since the hotel is in the outskirts. Rooms look nice. The garden is nice. But the hotel is a good example that the devil lies in the details, which is why they can't get full score. We had to change room at first because the first room was very moist and smelly. The new room was much better, but also smelled kind of mouldy. The pools are nice,but could be slightly better maintained.

N’y aller surtout pas, il y a uniquement le personnel qui est top, FUYEZ. Les chambres sont grande et ont l’air très belle sur le site sauf que : Les photos des chambre ont sûrement dû être prises au moment de la construction de l’hôtel car tout est délabré, rien est entretenu. Les stores de la salle de bain ne s’ouvrent pas, la peinture est à refaire et certains meuble a changer. Les chambres sont sales, elles sont remplis de toiles d’araignées, de fourmis, de calcaire et autre taches douteuses sur les fauteuils. Le sol n’est pas fait ou du moins ont y passe juste l’eau car c’est gras, je ne restais jamais pieds nu où que ce soit. La baignoire est horrible, je ne l’ai même pas utilisé. Ce n’est pas du tout insonorisé. L’hôtel est situé juste à côté d’un lotissement où il y’a des chiens qui aboient une fois la nuit tombée jusqu’à 2-3h du matin. Lorsque vous pensez pouvoir enfin dormir, des coq vous réveil dès 5-6h du matin jusqu’à pas d’heure… Au petit déjeuner on vous impose des menu complet et vous ne pouvez pas switché entre les menu donc si vous voulez le menu A mais que vous voulez un aliment du menu B vous ne pouvez pas. Il faut prendre la A ou le B complètement. Les potions sont ridicule et il y a TOUJOURS des ruptures donc vous n’avez même pas le menu complet. Le pain est rassit, le jus n’est pas du vrai jus de fruit mais sûrement des sachets en poudre dilué bref, ce n’est pas bon. Je suis vraiment déçu ça ne reflète vraiment pas ce qu’on lit, N’Y ALLER PAS !

The inconvenience of the location meant we were catching 40 minute Gojek as the closest restaurant was a 45 minute walk. We only got our room serviced twice in 5 days and we had to ask for fresh towels each morning as they didn’t provide any when our room was cleaned. The bathroom had a natural smell of fescues which made it very unpleasant to shower. The breakfast however was absolutely beautiful

간단한 조식 정도만 있고, 벌과 개미 등 벌레들이 좀 있어요. 아침에 근처의 닭장 때문에 닭 우는 소리가 너무 시끄럽고, 좁은도로 안쪽에 있어서 접근성이 매우 떨어집니다. 우붓지역에서만 이동한다면 좋을수도 있는데, 교통편이 불편하고, 특히 첫날 물이 제대로 안나와서 수리해주시긴 했습니다만, 저는 수건 교체 안하고 계속 사용한거랑 문앞에 쓰레기를 두어도 치워주지 않는것, 변기안이 너무 더러운것, 실내 슬리퍼가 없고, 옷장등이 없는것, 금고가 고장나서 소리가 계속 소리가 난것 등이 불편하더라구여. 같이간 친구가 교통편이 안좋다고 하루 손해보고 이틀만 머물고 체크아웃 했습니다.

Dirty, Moldy, and Deceptive
I visited this hotel with a group of friends in July of 2023. All of us had problems with our rooms. One person had a room that had a door that was unable to lock. All of us had MAJOR issues with the cleanliness of our rooms. Multiple rooms had mold on the ceilings and walls. My room had mold throughout the bathroom, including top to bottom on the curtain. The bedding was absolutely filthy and covered with stains. None of us had our rooms cleaned at any point throughout our stay. The refrigerator was dirty and water was never resupplied. The hotel was so terrible that we ended up leaving early. I travel a lot and have never seen a hotel that advertised with such deceptive photos that are in now way representative of the facilities condition. DO NOT STAY HERE

Photos très très anciennes hôtel décevant
Expérience horrible, les photos sont anciennes et le lieu n’a pas été entretenu. C’est dommage cela devait être bien avant. Il a fallu qu’on leur dise que l’eau de la piscine était verte pour qu’ils s’en occupent. Très décevant pour le prix payé. Je ne recommande pas l’hôtel. Le service de navette pour le centre était bien.

I was unfortunately disappointed by the resort. A few hiccups like no towels on arrivals, the tea cups were dirty, the bathroom a bit tired - all things I could live with since it was a very cheap price. However, the real deal breaker is that they seem to offer, on their website, a lot of facilities like yoga lessons, a gym, excursions, AND FREE SHUTTLES several times per day, none of that existed ! Considering the resort is not a walking distance from the centre of Ubud, it proved to be rather inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff was kind and the pool area enjoyable.

Very nice staff and tranquil area, but it's apparent this hotel has seen better days. As an act of cleanliness, they put those urinal pucks all around the bathroom, saturating the whole room with the smell. It gave me a headache and my close upon returning home still smelled of it. I had to ask to towels and the internet kept dropping every 5 minutes. I left the hotel early.

Place is very nice but needs many improvements eg: food, menu, pool & necessities provided in the room. I think it’s just opened after covid and started to get busy now. Staff is very friendly specially Wira he helped me find cheap activities to do around and also drove me there after work. Overall nice & peaceful place!

Wake up to the view and sound of nature
We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. It was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to have an over night in thr Ubud area so we'd experience that part of Bali. We wanted to eat by the famous rice field terraces and the staff had a great recommendation and went ahead and notified the restaurant that we were coming. Im personally wondering how the pandeamic affected tourism as you can see just a bit of the recovery being made in the property. It must have been a slow season too as we noticed we were the only one of a few guests which we absolutely loved. It is surrounded by trees and nature and what a beautiful sight waking up to that view and its sounds.

Great Stay
Definitely one of the better hotels around Ubud, peaceful and quiet, the staffs there are phenomenal and super friendly addition to being helpful. Would totally recommend giving this place a try.

Гостиница находится на отдалении от центра Убуда, чуть в стороне от основной дороги, поэтому спокойно. Территория небольшая, но ухоженная. Номера небольшие и обычные. На 5 звёзд конечно не тянет, максимум 4. Полотенца, зубные наборы, наборы для бритья часто не докладывали, приходилось напоминать. Два бассейна, но возле того, который ближе к ресторану попахивало канализацией. Бассейн неполноценный Инфинити, а так некоторое подобие. Завтрак не шведский стол. Шатл в Убуд номинально есть, но ходит очень редко. Рядом с гостиницей нет ничего (кафе, массажи и т.п.). Вариант для тех, кто не планирует часто выходить из гостиницы.

Grounds are great well kept Staff are friendly but i feel their hands are tied with what they are allowed to do breakfast is Strictly set menu we asked for an extra piece of toast and was told no sorry only coffee can refill ... 1 day we managed to get a 2nd juice which was clearly watered down compared to the first glass i feel the resort is run on the cheap

Grounds were absolutely stunning! We arrived late at night and Made and Anna had a welcome drink waiting for us, and gave us extra when we asked. Two pools on site and the breakfast options were fantastic. Only issue we had was our bathroom smelt a little stinky. We had to keep the door closed, other wise it was a lovely stay! The staff made it extra enjoyable :).

The property is magical! The garden is so well maintained and the whole place has a heavenly feel as you walk in. The staff were even better! Always going above and beyond to look after us and they were so caring of us. It is the perfect place to experience total serenity, especially when Ubud is so busy. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone!

失敗しました。
地図上で見当たらず、たどり着いたらとても遠かった。それでもホテルが良ければと期待するも、眺望は全くないし、バスルームからは悪臭がした。スタッフはすれ違っても挨拶もない。何のためにそこそこの金額を出し、こんなに遠くへ来てしまったのか。運が悪かった諦めた。

Could not recommended the staff here highly enough
The pools and grounds were idyllic and immaculately groomed and cleaned. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant had amazing food with the best pizza dough I have ever tasted anywhere. It was so nice to eat outside with nature and the wandering rooster who appeared the morning. I could have whacked it over the head that first morning though...read on to find out why. Ubud (I didn't know before I booked to stay there) has a tradition of keeping chickens and dogs. If u are a light sleeper u will not appreciate barking dogs and crowing roosters waking u up from 3am onwards! But...as soon as I made a comment about having a horrible sleep the first night we were straight away moved to a quiter section of the resort where I heard not a sound and slept soundly. In all honesty I did not like the room itself quite as much as the rest of the place - but we didn't come here to stay inside. Not that it was bad in any way - it just wasn't as well maintained as the outside (specifically the room we were moved to). The shower was great with a good pressure water. The bath, as beautiful as it looked, was way too long to lay back in for an average-sized person. U would have to be at least 6-foot tall, or maybe ok for 2 people sitting opposite sides...but even then u would probably only be able to use it sitting up. But anything u need just ask for - whether ice, tea bags, milk, bedside table lamp. Back home now...and I miss being looked after so well here.

Close to nature, relatively quiet and extremely helpful and friendly staffs! Check in was fast and efficient. Clean room overall. We have a leaking sink issue, reported to the front desk and it was resolved in 2 hours the next day. As the place is closed to greenery, do expect some bugs that may wonder into your room if the door is open. Complimentary breakfast came with 9 options for you to choose from. Hotel also offer a complimentary shutter service to the city Center if you get bored. Overall, a good place to stay for relaxing and de-stress.

Amazing and friendly staff, accommodating to our needs. Good value for money, highly recommend it. Restaurant served us Italian and Indonesian food for dinner. Little far from ubud central but doesnt matter they had free shuttle cars to and back from ubud central at certain times. They charged me 450K/AUD45 approx for transport from the airport to the hotel, which is a big rip off, shouldnt be more than 300K. Pool is good and the rooms are clean

From checkin to checkout a fantastic experience. Beautiful rooms, stunning gardens, excellent service, food all delicious. Staff so friendly, spa treatments very special. Best place to stay near Ubud.

Lovely hotel,
Really enjoyed our time here, very relaxing. It is a bit out of the way but that means it is quiet. Regular shuttles into and back from town center. If you need other travel it is easy to arrange a car or taxi. Staff where great.

Ok ophold til max 3 nætter..
Vi var 2 par, som boede der i 1 uge. Vi havde værelser med balkon ud til den store pool inkl. Morgenmad alle dage. Første indtryk af hotellet er super godt. Flot udsigt ovenover restauranten, flotte omgivelser, 2 pools og 24/7 roomservice, mange slags morgenmad og mulighed for massage på værelset. MEN, 1 gang leverede de korrekt og lækker morgenmad. Resten af tiden blev maden enten ikke leveret, altså, de glemte os - eller - så blev bestillingen ikke korrekt - eller - så fik man dårligt tilberedt mad. Der var ingen konsistens i det. Den ene dag kunne du få en udemærket steak, dagen efter, af samme kok, fik du 3 bitte små stykker *kogt* kød, ikke stegt. Det kan godt være personalet var søde og serviceminded, men de var meget glemsomme... En af dagene tog det 45min. At få 1 omelet... Generelt set, var de ekstremt langsomme, langsommere end normalt balinesisk tempo. Undgå at spise på hotellet, da maden kommer i bitte små portioner og det er langt under middelmådig mad. Så sæt ekstra tid af til morgenmaden fx hvis I skal nå en shuttle. Jeg vil anbefale et ophold på max 3 nætter. Der er heller intet i nærheden, man er nødsaget til at tage en shuttle eller taxa. MEN der bor en super flink chauffør lige overfor hotellet ved navn Tampi - super service!! Hvis I skal bo her, så hyr ham!! Ellers har de gratis shuttle til Ubud Palace (midtby ved markedet) nogle gange om dagen, hvilket var super rart. Grundet hotellet ligger i junglen, forvent kloak lugt fra badeværelset.

Das Hotel befindet sich ausserhalb des Zentrums von Ubud (ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Shuttle). Das Hotel stellt gratis Shuttle-Busse zur Verfügung, welche regelmässig und zuverlässig fahren. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gemütlich gestaltet. Das Internet funktioniert stockend - mal gut, mal schlecht, mal gar nicht. Das Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon ist sehr gross und schön. Das Badezimmer schien neu gemacht zu sein, hatte aber am Boden weisse Spuren (vielleicht Kalk?) ansonsten war alles tiptop sauber. Der Service des Hotels ist super, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen ist okay, könnte besser sein - besonders für die Preise die man dafür bezahlt. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder.

The amenities at bathroom is disappointed, the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner are almost empty, we have to open the bottle for to have it. We have to wait for 30 - 45 minute for our food. Since we stay at 2 bedroom villa, the pool are dirty and we can't swim at the villa.

Perfekt og lækkert ste med undtagelse af køkkenet.
Hotellet er lidt langt fra alting med har gratis shuttelbus 3 x dagl. Gennemført lækkert sted, skønne madrasser, lækkert værelse, så fint og rent badeværelse. Eneste minus er, at køkkenet på ingen måde lever op til resten. Maden er kedelig og på ingen måde velsmagende. Rigtig ærgerligt.
