The perfect stay
Absolutely stunning experience at Alaya and in the Alaya Suite this time. Service level st perfection, just at the perfect crossing between personal and professional tone between staff/hosts and guest. If looking at things to improve, it must have been nunbers of seats especially for breakfast. As Manisan nø longer belongs to the hotells guest area, its lacking capasity at peak hours. But all in all, a tiny part of the fantastic experience.

God standard
Generelt bra hotell, med god frokost og middag. Anbefaler å prøve den lokale menyen👍 Airconditionen støyet litt mye og senga på var litt hard. Men fortsatt meget bra.

Great stay
Excellent service, fantastic coffee and outstanding property. A small gecko appeared in the room short after arrival, but was shown the way out and stayed out. Excellent food at restaurants, but live loud rock cover band Saturday evening was maybe a little over the top.

Fantastisk hotell midt i Ubud
Min kone og jeg hadde 3 fantastiske dager på Alaya Ubud i desember. Siden dette var tidlig i det som skulle være regntid på Bali, var det ganske rolig på hotellet, men vi fikk uansett veldig god oppfølging av en svært hjelpsom, vennlig og dyktig stab. Hotellets restaurant har fantastisk god mat og service, som bare ble overgått av kvaliteten og servicen på hotellets Spa-anlegg. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Amazing!
A fantastic hotel with exceptinal service. I would stay here again. Short walk to city center. Staff very helpfull in arranging trips. I loved the breakfast here

Stayed 9 nights and loved everything from the comfortable rooms, hospitality, cleanliness, location and amenities. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and happy during your stay! The complimentary breakfast every morning was amazing offering a variety of foods for breakfast or brunch. Gorgeous spa! During my stay I had a few massages, body scrub and a facial at the spa which was so relaxing and convenient to go from the spa to my bed in minutes. I felt so welcomed by the staff and was sad to leave. Had an amazing time and will go back!

Alaya Resort was amazing!! Great Property, Amazing kind and helpful Staff! It was in walking distance of many shops, restaurants, attractions and grocery stores. The soap in the rooms was amazing!!! I loved it along with the universal plug was a great added touch!

Excellent accommodation, cleanliness and service! We stayed here for 5 nights and the accommodation and service was truly fantastic! The staff greet you like royalty and always check in with you to make sure you are ok. You are welcomed with fresh towels and welcome drink. Accommodation also came with 4 bottles of water in the morning and afternoon (total of 8) as the tap water is not drinkable or suggested for use for brushing teeth Only drawback was that the room is air conditioned with a split system so it is a bit noisey when sleeping. Other than this, Alaya Resort Ubud is strongly recommended

The resort is beautiful exactly as pictured. The breakfast buffet was great tons of options. The service at the resort was also amazing. The staff would do everything to accommodate your needs. Rooms and towels were cleaned and changed twice a day. They restocked water in the rooms daily. I would stay again.

This was a lovely oasis in the busy town of Ubud. The breakfast was fantastic and the swimming pools wonderful.

Excellent resort in Ubud
Travelled with three teens and had two rooms joint together via balcony. Excellent location, extremely helpful and polite staff, clean and spacious rooms and good food. Loved the complimentary afternoon (ice) tea with treats. Would definitely visit again.

An amazing property in the heart of Ubud - highly recommended! The rooms were well appointed with partner restaurants offering excellent and delicious food options. The pools were wonderful, very clean and well maintained. The massages were also an amazing experience - I wish I had done more! I will return on my next trip to Bali!

近隣にスーパーや美味しいレストランが沢山あって便利だが、道路からの騒音がすごい。客室棟まで行けば気にならないが。 アースリキッド的なものが備え付けてあって、蚊の対策がされている点が良かった。 シャワーの奥に謎の空間があって、風呂の浴槽を撤去した後だと気が付き、少し寂しく思った。

It was a joy to stay at Alaya Resort in Ubud. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff upon our arrival which was a great start. Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and close to all amenities. Breakfast at the hotel and food at local restaurants were delicious. It was easy to book excursions at the hotel reception and overall prices were affordable. Although the hotel is situated on a busy street it actually turns into a peaceful haven inside the property. A special thank you goes out to Pebri and Bayu who really took care of us during our stay. I would highly recommend Alaya Resort to anyone wishing to spend some time in Ubud.

Humidity is no one’s friend
The hotel is great for where it is. Clean, quiet and very helpful staff. But don’t know if it’s because of humidity, but the room had a very potent “wet” smell. I would definitely stay here again but probably ask for a different room on a longer stay.

This was a beautiful resort. I wish I had more time to enjoy the property and the beach across the street. The rooms were very nice and large. The bathroom was big and clean and the shower was amazing. We had a garden view room which was nice, it has a small patio with a lounge and a 2 chairs. Beautiful grounds and wonderful full breakfast that was included. There were 2 pools and adult pool and family pool. Both were huge, clean and enjoyable. I wish their spa (massage services) were open later than 7pm.

Wonderful hotel. Location is perfect in Ubud. The spa and staff are excellent. My family and I returned to Alaya Resort Ubud after having a great experience at the start of our two week vacation in Bali. Would happily return in the future.

Décevant vu les 5 étoiles. Beau jardin. Chambre pour 3 ? Un 3eme lit énorme en plein milieu de la chambre on ne pouvait plus bouger.. pdj : il manquait toujours quelque chose pas de mangues, pas d’ananas, pas d’avocat… et peu de choix, pain mou et immangeable si pas grillé Le personnel est très gentil mais cela ne suffit pas.
