«Good»

«Check in lady was helpful and very friendly. As soon as we got there the elevator was broke down, stuck on second floor. She was trying her best, running back and forth up the steps to fix it. No luck on that. We were only on the second floor, so not so bad getting up to the room. We got to the room, and although the bed was made, there were gross stains and hairs on the comforter, which we were told they normally don’t wash them unless they look dirty. Well….obviously nobody looked at this one. ...

«Very nice place friendly staff enjoyed watching the games in the lobby»

«The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together.»

«Very good breakfast, beds and helpfull staff. Nice rooftop bar with live music. Free tickets to the Country Music museum. I can strongly recommend this hotel.»

«Kept my 50$ deposit from last stay had reservation for 10/3/26 which I booked on line and paid for and then he refused to let me stay saying my card was declined. How is the card declined when you pay on the app and have confirmation number and literary number and Expedia says it was paid for»

«Rooms not properly maintained.»

«Beautifully decorated room, fantastic bathroom and very comfortable beds. Best hotel stay we have had in a long time.»

«The employee at the front desk was awesome»
