On the west side of Santa Catalina Island, this harbor requires a bit more effort to reach. The payoff is a remote location with elbow room. A half mile walk takes you into Two Harbors but you are otherwise in a different world.

«I stayed at Hotel Mac Rae between Christmas and New Years, the weather was not the best because of some storms, but the stay was great. «Our stay was awesome. It worked out absolutely amazing. The room was perfect. We don’t expect fancy extremely over done places. We love lived in homely places. The staff was amazing. They were able to check us in a little early. We took the 6am ferry so we had lots of time before getting in the room, but being able to store our luggage while we wondered was great. The ac worked.
