«It was one of the worst places we have ever stayed. It took forever to get our room. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage upstairs, which is not easy for Senior citizens. There was absolutely NOTHING in the room, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no dishes for the kitchen, no utensils, no paper towels, nothing! «The list of things that were acceptable was the parking lot. Plenty of space.
Unacceptable:
The smell upon entering the room. Smelled like a mix of old curry and diapers.
The door. Lock was broken and the card wouldn’t open the door. Staff immediately pointed to me that the door key sent magnetized. Inside lock was broken and didn’t secure the dorm all the way. The blanket on the bed was nasty. Washing it wouldn’t be a bad answers.
Bathroom was abhorrent. No toilet paper. Shower/tub hasn’t ...

«Everything was nice. unfortunately pool pump broke right before we arrived and we were unable to use pool. That would be the only strike I would give them but they did offer to call sister property nearby so we could swim. we didn't because we didn't have time. Overall nice stay, only 1 night. »

«If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order.
I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!»
