«It is a great apartment but very hard to find. The number on your website was wrong and the message from the owner about how to get in was not passed on so took us about half an hour to get in. Lots of steps which were not mentioned in the ad for those of us with bad knees. Needed help to figure out the convection cooktop but worked good after that. Overall a pleasant stay. Very clean and owner very pleasant and helpful.»

«Very well-maintained, easy access off the freeway (Queen Elizabeth Way) in St. Catharine's. Due to the sound-proofed rooms was exceptionally quiet. Staff from check-in and cleaning maids was very friendly, helpful and gave some tips for things to see/do/travel in the area, including best way to go to Toronto using public transportation (the GO train from Burlington station) as was there for 2 nights to see a FIFA 2026 World Cup match there. «We love staying there, but it's only about 2 or 3 years since the stayed there. This visit The TV was busted, the shower curtain wasn't working.There was just so many little things in the room that could have been fixed.We were a little disappointed. I just feel like the hotel just needs a little bit of sprucing up or a makeover. But the staff are always lovely and the rooms are always clean.»

«We arrived at 330pm and Room wasn't ready. We reserved the biggest suite so we were hoping it would be ready after a long journey. Previous Traveller's clothes were left hanging in the washroom. Toilet was not cleaned and floor in washroom has a sticky film. Kitchen area was dusty and it was definitely not swept. This was our 4th stay here but sadly, it will be last time. Nice people and friendly staff snd housecleaning staff were very kind.»

«you could rate this place a 2 or a 5 star. 2 if you need clean modern place. 5 if you want to see freighters go through locks. Room is dated n weird smell. The place is pretty old. Also can't check in past 10 PM. Big plus which is from balcony you see freighters go through locks. If you want to drink a beer n see freighter going by this is the place for you.»

«We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room.»
