Welcome to Krewe at Park Place!

This condo is conveniently located at Park Place Condominiums, and under a mile from the stadium! The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is newly decorated/furnished! It is within walking distance of everything you may need! This is NOT a pet friendly property.

The condo has a large open concept living, dining and kitchen area that is gorgeously decorated. The whole family can enjoy time together in the living room watching the Alabama game or eating a homemade dinner that was prepared in the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need during your stay to make a dinner or tailgate treats, there is also a starter set of coffee supplies for the Keurig and traditional coffee pot.

The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has 2 Twin XL beds that can be pushed together to make a King. The bathroom attached to the third bedroom has a walk-in shower and access to the hallway.

Outside there is a lovely balcony that has a gas grill, TV, and seating. Enjoy some time on the 4th Floor Penthouse, fresh air on the balcony, or take some time and work out at the fitness center!

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
