Hoteller nær Turning Stone Event Center

«Amazing. Brand new luxurious hotel.»

«I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I checked in, the building appeared nearly empty, yet I was assigned a handicap-accessible room that was not properly cleaned. There was pubic hair around the sink, which is completely unacceptable. I requested a room change, but instead, someone was sent up to clean the room. «It was a great price but you get what you pay for. There was hair all over the bathroom and the toilet was so wobbly that it made it difficult to get on/ off. And this was in a handicap room. But other than that it was good!»

Once I got to the nonsmoking room I had booked, I discovered that the room was either smoked in heavily and/or had mold or mildew. I had a full blown asthma attack. I went back to ...

«We pulled into the place and were appalled by what it looked like. Went in to check in and first noticed the office area was totally disgusting. Had a fish tank with a dead fish in the top looked like it had been there for a month the man immediately said he had no rooms to give. I said I have a Expedia reservation he says sorry we have no rooms to give most of the hotel is shut down and only a few good rooms left with no heat. The town should shut this place down. Expedia should be embarrassed ...
