Charming apartment with balcony, on the second floor served by an elevator in a building in the prestigious Tesoriera neighborhood, renowned for its green spaces, close to the Metro Stop Rivoli.



The apartment consists of a living room with double sofa bed and TV; an independent, eat-in kitchen equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dining table and access to the veranda balcony.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, closet and balcony. Finally, a bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub completes the layout of the accommodation.
