The spaces preserve the freshness of the handmade terrazzo floor, the texture of chukum, and the warmth of wood, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the entrance.

The construction respects the pre-existing vegetation and allows the native flora to continue growing around the spaces, giving place to a natural and serene environment.

Everything was designed to accompany the surroundings and offer a simple, comfortable, and genuine way of living.



This elevated penthouse, designed for two people, is distributed across two levels that provide a generous and well-organized perception of space.

On the upper level, large windows and sliding doors allow constant natural light and connect to an expansive private terrace where the pool sits at the highest point of TEVA.

The outdoor area has ample proportions and is accompanied by vegetation that has been preserved and continues to grow around the structure, shaping a clear and understated exterior setting.

The finishes maintain the characteristic materiality of the project: handmade terrazzo floors and chukum walls —a traditional mixture made from the resin of a local tree— providing visual continuity between the interior and exterior.

The terrace, open and well-arranged, incorporates the private pool —generously sized for this type of unit— along with loungers and an outdoor table, keeping a comfortable and functional layout.

The kitchen is fully equipped and allows meals to be prepared with ease.

The central island offers an extended working surface and also functions as a gathering point, adding versatility within a spacious and well-resolved interior.

On the lower level, the bedroom maintains a clean distribution and includes a generously sized private balcony surrounded by preserved vegetation that continues to develop around the area.

The unit is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The immediate surroundings offer parking, and guests may request bicycles to explore the area comfortably.

TEVA is located within Aldea Maya, a private development with controlled access, quiet pathways, and abundant native vegetation that invites slow movement and calm walks.

From here, there is quick access to the routes leading to the beach area, as well as to cenotes, shops, and downtown Tulum.
