    Our property manager may be able to meet you for check-in during regular business hours when available, to help familiarize you with the property, review key rules and guidelines, and answer any questions.

    The condominium also has a front desk operated by a third-party team. While coverage may vary, they are often available for onsite assistance and general questions.

His contact information is provided in our digital guidebook, in your check in instructions and posted inside the property. All other communications should remain on the platform. We do not respond to messages or calls received outside the platform via our personal phones for security purposes.

    The condo’s open floor plan is designed for gathering, with a large main living space and seating for 8 at the custom Tzalam dining table. The home features two primary suites, including a true showstopper on the rooftop - a master bedroom with a canopy bed and two walls of floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to sweeping sunrise and sunset views, with evenings under the open sky. Step outside to enjoy peaceful jungle surroundings, lounge with a book, or sip your morning coffee in the fresh tropical air.

Week of fun!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The condo provides more amenities than we needed, but were awesome to have. We loved the rooftop pool and will come back for that. We requested a couple of extra items and they were delivered promptly with no issues. The hosts and their guide has the BEST recommendations. We rented a car and went to Chichen Itza, Xplor, the beach several times and around town. I highly recommend Estrella Maya for your next family vacation!
